No idea who translated this, but as it contains his sister's introduction, the evil, anti-semetic sister who was responsible for editing his work to become fuel for the Nazis, I really felt no need to reed further.

I suggest you look for copies of Nietzsche translated by Walter Kaufmann only. Most of the other translators worked from these awful rewrites by his sister. Btw, she also propped him up in a chair in her house and sold tickets to see him at the end of his life when he went catatonic from (probably) syphilis.
